“Opinions of Value” is a podcast series that gives appraisers an opportunity to engage in open and honest dialogue about the health and state of the commercial real estate industry. By leveraging technology to produce the podcast, we’re able to pull in insights from appraisers and thought leaders all over the United States.
With demand for valuation professionals being at an all-time high, there’s a lot to talk about. Valcre believes knowledge-sharing is fundamental to the valuation industry’s growth, and looks forward to offering Opinions of Value listeners many helpful insights and takeaways on how to best navigate the market.
On each episode, our CEO and series host Lucas Rotter will sit down with guest speakers to explore a timely and relevant topic. For example, Episode 1 touched on “Valuing Commercial Real Estate During a Global Pandemic.” Speakers sought to answer the question of “Why are appraisers so busy today’s marketplace?” and “How can appraisers better manage their workloads?” Watch Episode 1 HERE.
